We bring this extensive experience to deliver on the mission to help brands, nonprofits, and consumers to make a difference in the world.
Our Executive Leadership Team
Founder & CEO
Bill founded Good Deeds in early 2020 while serving as CEO of global consumer insights company Consumer Edge Research, which he founded in 2009. Bill is also the co-founder of Sweet P Bakery, a nonprofit he started with his wife to train and employ adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he analyzed consumer products companies for over 7 years. He spent 5 years at Sanford Bernstein as an analyst covering consumer products companies. Prior to Wall Street, Bill was a Project Manager and Strategic Management Consultant at Mars & Co. for 5 years, where he consulted Senior Management Teams of consumer product companies.
Cofounder, EVP Business Development
As Cofounder and EVP of Business Development, Mike worked closely with Bill to create Good Deeds, and together they continue to develop the company’s strategic vision today. He currently serves as the CRO of Consumer Edge and was previously a Managing Director at Stifel Financial for over 8 years, providing research and trading services to key institutional clients of the firm. Prior to that, Mike spent 9 years in various institutional Sales roles at Bear, Stearns & Co., Kaufman Bros. and Merrill Lynch. In his spare time, Mike enjoys dad’ing, boxing, cooking, dancing, and practicing his Spanish.
Chief Technology Officer
VP, Social Impact Partnerships
As the VP of Social Impact at Good Deeds, Molly Trerotola helps nonprofits raise funding through innovative technology. Her experience spans technology, digital fundraising, and corporate social responsibility in the US and abroad. She has led partnerships with organizations like Pfizer Corporate Responsibility, the Malala Fund, and PayPal. Molly's work has been featured in Forbes, Chronicle of Philanthropy, NBC, and she sits on the Advisory Board Nonprofit PRO. In addition to Molly's passion for racial justice and gender equality, she is a photographer, a salsa dancer, and loves stumbling across live music in Brooklyn.
EVP, Brand Partnerships
As the EVP of Brand Partnerships, Paris is the commercial lead for the sales and service of all brand, merchant, network, and agency partnerships. Paris' global experience includes working for companies of all sizes, including WPP, P&G, Mondelez, Coke, and Rakuten Advertising. Paris earned her Masters from Purdue University on a full Academic Honors & Leadership Scholarship, was invited to the Wharton School Executive Program, and routinely speaks, coaches, and consults pro bono. Paris is an avid sportswoman and regularly enjoys tennis, golf, biking, and gardening.
